Article 49. Termination of the activity of a peasant or farm enterprise of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The activity of a peasant or farm farm is terminated if there is not a single member of the farm, heir or other person willing to continue the operation of the farm, as well as in cases of bankruptcy and termination of private ownership of a land plot or land use rights.
2. Upon termination of the activity of a peasant or farm, the division of common property between the participants in joint ownership, as well as the allocation of a share of one of them, may be carried out subject to a preliminary determination of the share of each participant in the right to common property.
3. The shared-ownership property may be divided between its participants by agreement between them.
4. The conditions and procedure for the division of property, land and land use rights upon termination of the activities of a peasant or farm are regulated by the civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
