Article 57. Termination of the activity of a bankrupt legal entity of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. The court's recognition of a legal entity as bankrupt entails its liquidation.

     2. The activity of a bankrupt legal entity is considered terminated from the moment it is excluded from the National Register of Business Identification Numbers.
