Article 123. Procedure for the appointment and payment of targeted social assistance of the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The applicant quarterly confirms the right to receive targeted social assistance in accordance with this chapter in the absence of income information in the Digital Family Card.
2. The applicant is responsible for the accuracy of the submitted information in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Unconditional or conditional monetary assistance is assigned to each eligible family member for the current quarter from the month of application and is paid monthly.
When assigning targeted social assistance in a proactive format, the day of applying for assistance is considered to be the day the applicant consents to conduct an examination of the financial situation of the person (family) by the precinct commission.
4. Social work consultants and assistants assist recipients of targeted social assistance in implementing an individual plan and fulfilling their obligations under a social contract.
5. The appointment of targeted social assistance is carried out by the authorized body for the appointment of targeted social assistance within the limits of the amounts provided by the relevant budget for the provision of targeted social assistance.
6. Local executive bodies of a district in a city, city of district significance, settlement, village, rural district identify low-income persons in accordance with Article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
7. The applicant and the recipient have the right to appeal against actions (inaction). akim of the settlement, village, rural district and the decision of the authorized body for the appointment of targeted social assistance and its officials to a higher authority, the court in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
