Article 129. Termination of payment of targeted social assistance of the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The grounds for termination of payment of targeted social assistance are:
1) death of the applicant of targeted social assistance;
2) departure of the applicant of targeted social assistance to a permanent place of residence in another city of republican or regional significance, district or outside the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) termination of the social contract due to non-fulfillment in full of the terms of the social contract and the measures of the individual plan, including participation in measures to promote employment and employment;
4) submission of false information and (or) false documents, which resulted in the illegal appointment and (or) payment of targeted social assistance.
