Article 132-10. Maintenance of children in need of special social services on the grounds provided for in subparagraphs 1), 2), 3) and 9) of paragraph 1 of Article 133 of the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, transferred to foster professional caregivers The Code on Marriage (Matrimony) and Family of the Republic of Kazakhstan  

 

      For the maintenance of each child in need of special social services on the grounds provided for in subparagraphs 1), 2), 3) and 9) of paragraph 1 of Article 133 of the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, transferred to foster professional caregivers, money is paid monthly in accordance with the regulations on foster professional families."
