Article 139. The amount of alimony collected for the maintenance of minor children in the judicial procedure of the Marriage (Matrimony) and Family Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Article 139. The amount of alimony collected for the maintenance of minor children in the judicial procedure of the Marriage (Matrimony) and Family Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. In the absence of an agreement on the payment of alimony, alimony for minor children is collected by the court from their parents on a monthly basis in the amount of: one quarter for one child, one third for two children, and half of the parents' earnings and (or) other income for three or more children.

     2. The size of these shares may be reduced or increased by the court, taking into account the material or marital status of the parties and other circumstances worthy of attention.
