Article 157. Conclusion of an agreement on the payment of alimony of the Marriage (Matrimony) and Family Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     An agreement on the payment of alimony (the amount, conditions and procedure for the payment of alimony) is concluded between the person obligated to pay alimony and their recipient, and in case of incapacity of the person obligated to pay alimony and (or) the recipient of alimony - between the legal representatives of these persons.
