Article 16. The book of registration of requests for information from the legal cadastre of the Law on State Registration of Rights to Immovable Property

     1. The register of requests for information from the legal cadastre is maintained by the registration authorities in order to record the requests received and the information provided from the legal cadastre.

      2. The form, content and procedure for keeping a register of requests for information from the legal cadastre shall be determined by the authorized body.  

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 26, 2007 No. 310.

     This Law defines the goals, objectives and legal framework in the field of state registration of rights to immovable property.
