1. Coordination of activities in the field of road traffic and ensuring its safety is carried out by developing and implementing coordinated actions by government agencies, individuals and legal entities in order to increase the effectiveness of timely prevention of road accidents, eliminate the causes and conditions conducive to their commission, and reduce the severity of their consequences.

2. The main objectives of the coordination activities are:

1) assessment of the effectiveness of government agencies, individuals and legal entities;

2) development of proposals for improving the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on road traffic;

3) hearing reports from managers and officials on their work and developing proposals for improving their activities in the field of road traffic and ensuring its safety;

4) submitting proposals to state bodies and organizations on bringing officials to disciplinary responsibility for failure to take measures to organize traffic and ensure its safety.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 17, 2014 No. 194-V SAM.

This Law establishes the legal basis and general conditions for the functioning of road traffic and ensuring its safety in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
