Financing of activities in the field of road traffic and ensuring its safety is carried out at the expense of budgetary funds and other sources not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 17, 2014 No. 194-V SAM.

This Law establishes the legal basis and general conditions for the functioning of road traffic and ensuring its safety in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
