The persons specified in subitems 1) and 2) of paragraph 1 of Article 19 of this Law must meet the following qualification requirements:

1) have a university degree;

2) have the qualification of a judicial expert, confirmed by a qualification certificate for the right to conduct a certain type of forensic examination;

3) be certified in the cases and in the manner prescribed by this Law.

This Law regulates public relations in the implementation of forensic expertise in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
