1. In cases of violations (failure by participants of the biofuel market to submit the documents specified in Articles 20 and 21 of this Law, or detection of violations during their study and analysis), the local executive body of the region, the city of republican significance and the capital, the authorized body in the field of biofuel turnover, within five working days from the moment of detection of such violation, shall hand over to the participant of the biofuel market notification.

2. A notification sent by registered mail with a notification or in electronic form through electronic communication channels that ensure guaranteed delivery of messages is considered delivered from the date of receipt of the response by the postal or other communication organization or after five working days from the date of sending the notification in electronic form.

The execution of the notification on the elimination of violations identified by the results of desk control is carried out within thirty calendar days from the date of its delivery (receipt).

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 15, 2010 No. 351-IV.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of biofuel production and turnover.
