Article 24. Of the Law on Rehabilitation of Victims of Mass Political Repression of the Republic of Kazakhstan, victims of political repression, as well as persons affected by political repression, specified in Article 2 of this Law, rehabilitated in accordance with this Law, with disabilities or pensioners, have the right to:
offsetting the time spent in custody, serving sentences in places of deprivation of liberty, exile, forced labor with restriction of freedom in special settlements and forced treatment in psychiatric institutions in order to receive a pension - in a triple amount;
receiving regular work leave at a convenient time for them, as well as additional leave without pay for up to two weeks a year.;
gratuitous transfer of ownership of residential premises with the preservation of privatization coupons;
priority installation of phones;
priority entry into horticultural societies and housing and construction cooperatives;
primary placement in medical and social institutions (organizations) for the elderly and persons with disabilities, accommodation in them on full state support in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
preferential provision of prosthetic and orthopedic products;
free legal advice on issues related to rehabilitation.
Victims of political repression, persons who suffered from political repression, who have disabilities or are retired, to pay for the maintenance of their homes, for public utilities (central heating, cold and hot water, sewerage, electricity, gas, garbage disposal, elevator maintenance), for telephone use, travel by all types of urban passenger transport (except taxi) and travel once a year by rail, water, air, and intercity transport, a special state allowance is paid.
The basis for obtaining the above-mentioned benefits is a single sample certificate approved by the authorized body in the field of social protection of the population.
Rehabilitated persons who have been subjected to political repression in other States - former Soviet republics of the USSR, but who permanently reside in the Republic of Kazakhstan and are its citizens, enjoy all the benefits provided for in this article.

The Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan is adopting this Law, determined to restore justice to people who have been subjected to mass political repression, with the aim of rehabilitating all victims of these repressions, and ensuring the maximum possible compensation for the moral and material damage they have suffered.
