Article 27. The establishment of special requirements for the behavior of the offender of the Law on the Prevention of Offenses
1. The court may establish special requirements for the offender's behavior in order to prevent this person from committing new offenses.
2. The establishment of special requirements for the behavior of an offender is a measure of administrative and legal impact and is applied along with the imposition of an administrative penalty, and instead of it when releasing a person who has committed an administrative offense from administrative responsibility.
3. The establishment of special requirements for the offender's behavior entails the restriction of certain rights and the imposition of certain duties on the person who has committed an administrative offense.
4. The procedure for establishing special requirements for the offender's behavior, the duration of its validity, the rights and obligations of participants in proceedings in cases of administrative offenses are determined by the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses.
5. A person in respect of whom special requirements for behavior have been established is placed on preventive register by the internal affairs bodies and preventive control is carried out over him.
