Article 307. The concept of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan    

     1. The Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan is a person appointed by order of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in order to represent, ensure and protect the rights and legitimate interests of business entities in government agencies, as well as to protect the interests of the business community.

     The Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan is accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     2. No one has the right to assign functions to the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan that are not provided for by this Code. Any illegal interference in the activities of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan is not allowed.

     3. For the period of exercising his powers, the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan suspends his membership in political parties and other public associations.

     4. The Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan has no right to engage in political activities.

     5. The Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the established procedure, is obliged to transfer shares, shares (shares), shares in the authorized capital of commercial organizations and other property, the use of which entails income, except for money lawfully owned, to the trust management for the duration of his position. this person, as well as the property transferred to the property lease. The Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan may not transfer to trust management the bonds belonging to him, shares of open and interval mutual investment funds, and also has the right to receive income from the property transferred to trust management and has the right to lease housing.

     6. The Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan may not hold paid positions in organizations other than teaching, scientific or other creative activities.
