Article 310. Duties of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. When carrying out activities, the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan is obliged to:
1) comply with the Constitution and legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) take measures to ensure the observance and protection of the rights and legitimate interests of business entities;
3) to show objectivity and impartiality when considering appeals;
4) not to commit any actions that impede the exercise of the rights of the person who has applied for protection.
2. The Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan annually submits to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan a report on the results of the work done to protect the rights of entrepreneurs, which is posted in the media.
