Article 308. Fundamentals of the activities of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The activities of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan are based on:
1) legality;
2) the priority of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of business entities;
3) objectivity;
4) publicity.
