Article 360. Entrepreneurial risk in the obligation of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
If the obligation provides for the performance of any work commissioned by the entrepreneur, the risk of inability or inexpediency to use the results of the work is assigned to the entrepreneur. A person who has performed the work properly has the right to receive payment commensurate with the degree of performance, except in cases where the contract provides for a different distribution of business risk.
