Article 444. Appeal verdicts, resolutions and their entry into force CPC RK Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The appeal verdict and resolution are passed in the conference room, signed by the judge (judges), and after the judge (judges) return from the conference room, the introductory and operative parts of the judicial act are announced in the courtroom.
2. Copies of the verdict and resolution shall be sent to the parties no later than ten days from the date of their issuance.
3. The appeal verdict and resolution come into legal force from the moment of their announcement.
4. Decisions of the appellate instance may be reviewed in cassation.
