1. In cases where a suspect or accused has been put on the international wanted list or criminal prosecution has been terminated against them on the basis of paragraphs 3), 4) and 11) of the first part of Article 35 of this Code, the person conducting the pre-trial investigation, if there is information about property obtained illegally, initiates proceedings for confiscation of property in accordance with the procedure established by the established by this chapter.

2. A decision shall be issued on the allocation of materials for confiscation proceedings by the person conducting the pre-trial investigation, to which copies of the materials of the criminal case on the crime that served as the basis for confiscation, including supporting circumstances provided for in part three of Article 113 of this Code, shall be attached.
