Article 422. Appeal, review at the request of the prosecutor of the decision of the court of first instance of the CPC RK Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. A private complaint or a prosecutor's petition may be filed against the decision of the court of first instance with the exceptions specified in part four of Article 344 of this Code by the persons specified in Article 414 of this Code.
2. A private complaint or a prosecutor's petition against the decisions of the court of first instance shall be submitted to a higher court within fifteen days from the date of the decision and considered according to the rules of appeal proceedings. If a complaint is filed or a prosecutor's motion is filed against a decision made during the trial that ended with a verdict, the case is sent to a higher court only after the expiration of the time limit set for appealing the verdict.
