Article 48. Financing the activities of the Industrial Zone Management Company of the Law on Special Economic and Industrial Zones
The activities of the industrial zone management company are financed by:
1) remuneration for services provided by the management company to the participants of the industrial zone;
2) targeted debt financing;
3) income from the rental (lease) and subletting (subletting) of infrastructure facilities, land plots, as well as other property;
4) funds contributed as a replenishment of the authorized capital;
5) budget funds;
6) other income not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the activities of the management company of the industrial zone.
Subitems 4) and 5) of the first part of this article apply only to the management company of an industrial zone, one hundred percent of the shares in the authorized capital of which belong to the state.
This Law regulates public relations arising from the creation, operation and abolition of special economic and industrial zones on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
