The expenses for the maintenance of the Security Council and the Security Council Staff are financed from the republican budget in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law defines the legal status, competence and organization of activities of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
