Article 543. Removal of a minor defendant from the courtroom of the CPC RK Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. At the request of a defender or legal representative, as well as on its own initiative, the court has the right, taking into account the opinion of the parties, to remove the minor defendant from the courtroom while investigating the circumstances that may have a negative impact on him.
2. Upon the return of the minor defendant to the courtroom, the presiding judge informs him, to the extent and in the form necessary, of the contents of the proceedings that took place in his absence, and provides the minor with the opportunity to ask questions to persons interrogated without his participation.
