Article 133. Involvement of a minor in the commission of antisocial acts of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1 Involving a minor in the use of intoxicating substances or substance abuse, or in the repeated use of alcoholic beverages, or in vagrancy or begging –
is punishable by a fine in the amount of up to four thousand monthly calculation indices, or correctional labor in the same amount, or community service for up to one thousand hours, or restriction of liberty for up to three years, or imprisonment for the same term.
2 The same act committed by a parent, teacher or other person who is charged by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the duties of raising a minor, –
is punishable by a fine in the amount of up to five thousand monthly calculation indices, or correctional labor in the same amount, or community service for up to one thousand two hundred hours, or restriction of liberty for up to six years, or imprisonment for the same term, with life imprisonment for the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities.
3 The acts provided for in the first or second parts of this Article, committed repeatedly or with the use of violence or with the threat of its use, –
are punishable by imprisonment for a term of three to seven years with life imprisonment for the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities.
