Article 545-1. Early release of a minor from a compulsory educational measure in the form of placement in an educational institution with a special regime of detention CPC RK Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. A minor may be prematurely released from a compulsory educational measure in the form of placement in an educational organization with a special regime of detention in connection with reaching the age of majority, and also if, based on the conclusion of the specified organization, the court concludes that the minor does not need to apply this measure in order to correct himself in the future.
2. A minor, his legal representative, or a defender has the right to file a petition for consideration of the issue of early termination of stay in an educational organization with a special regime of detention in the specified organization, if, in their opinion, the minor does not need to apply this measure in order to correct himself in the future.
