Article 671. Judicial decision in proceedings on confiscation of the CPC of the Republic of Kazakhstan Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The court issues a ruling in the conference room on:
1) satisfaction of the petition and confiscation of property;
2) refusal to satisfy the request for confiscation.
2. A copy of the decision shall be handed over to the prosecutor and other participants in the proceedings, or sent by mail to those participants who did not participate in the confiscation proceedings.
A copy of the resolution is given to the person from whom the property is being confiscated.
3. After the entry into force of the decision, the court that issued the decision shall send the writ of execution, a copy of the inventory of property and a copy of the decision to the relevant judicial authority for execution in accordance with the procedure established for the execution of property confiscation sentences.
