1. The name of the company must contain the words "mutual insurance company".

2. If a company carries out a single type of mutual insurance, its name must contain an indication of this type of insurance.

3. The name of the company must not contain the words "national", "state", "central", "budgetary", "republican" in full or abbreviated form in any language.

4. In case of a change in the location of its permanent body or a separate subdivision, the company is obliged to notify the authorized body no later than fifteen working days.

This Law regulates public relations related to the implementation of mutual insurance and establishes the legal basis for the activities of mutual insurance companies.
