Article 76. Duties of bodies authorized to revoke permission to engage in certain activities of the Criminal Executive Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. A court verdict depriving a convicted person of the right to engage in a certain activity is mandatory for the authorities authorized to revoke permission to engage in the relevant type of activity.
2. No later than three working days after receiving a copy of the court verdict that has entered into force, the probation service notification must revoke the permit to engage in the type of activity that is prohibited to the convicted person, withdraw the relevant document granting this person the right to engage in the specified type of activity, and send a message about it to the probation service.
3. Officials of the bodies authorized to revoke permission to engage in a certain activity, who are guilty of non-fulfillment of a court verdict on deprivation of the right to engage in a certain activity, shall bear responsibility established by law.
