Article 74. Conditions of serving a sentence in the form of deprivation of the right to hold a certain position or engage in certain activities of the Criminal Executive Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. A person sentenced to punishment in the form of deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities must:
1) inform the probation service about the place of work and residence and their change, about dismissal;
2) appear on a call to the probation service.
2. In case of non-appearance without valid reasons specified in the second part of Article 53 of this Code, the convicted person may be brought.
3. A person sentenced to punishment in the form of deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities, who evades execution of punishment, bears responsibility established by law.
