Article 73. Calculation of the terms of execution of punishment in the form of deprivation of the right to hold a certain position or engage in a certain activity of the Criminal Executive Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. When a penalty is imposed in the form of deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities as an additional punishment to arrest or imprisonment, it applies to the entire time of serving the main types of punishments, but its term is calculated from the date of serving the arrest, imprisonment and registration with the probation service.
2. In cases where this type of punishment is imposed as an additional to other basic types of punishment, as well as postponement of serving the sentence or suspended sentence, its term is calculated from the date of entry into force of the sentence.
