1. The documents of a business partnership relating to its activities are subject to storage by the partnership during the entire period of its activity at the location of the executive body of the partnership or in another place determined by its charter.

2. The following documents are subject to storage:

1) the articles of association of the partnership, amendments and additions made to the articles of association of the partnership;

2) Minutes of the constituent assemblies;

3) the founding agreement, amendments and additions made to the founding agreement;

4) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 24, 2012 No. 60-V (effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication);

5) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 03/19/2010 No. 258-IV;

6) licenses for the partnership to engage in certain types of activities and (or) perform certain actions;

7) documents confirming the partnership's rights to the property that is (was) on its balance sheet;

8) regulations on branches and representative offices of the partnership;

9) minutes of the general meetings of the partnership participants, materials on the agenda of the general meetings of the partnership participants;

10) lists of the partnership's participants to be submitted for the general meeting of the partnership's participants;

11) materials on the issues on the agenda of the Supervisory Board, minutes of meetings (decisions of absentee meetings) of the Supervisory Board;

12) minutes of meetings (decisions) of the executive body.

3. Other documents are kept for a period established in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. At the request of a participant in a business partnership, the partnership is obliged to provide him with copies of the documents provided for by this Law, in accordance with the procedure established by the charter of the partnership.
