1. Standardization documents in the field of ensuring the uniformity of measurements are developed and applied in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Standardization".

2. To implement the requirements of regulatory legal acts, they are allowed to be applied:

interstate and national standards in the field of ensuring the uniformity of measurements, establishing verification schemes and schemes of metrological traceability;

interstate and national standards in the field of ensuring the uniformity of measurements, establishing methods of verification of measuring instruments, and in their absence – standards of organizations establishing methods of verification of measuring instruments, registered in the register of the state system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements;

interstate and national standards in the field of ensuring the uniformity of measurements, which establish measurement methods, and in their absence, standards of organizations that establish measurement methods, certified and registered in the register of the state system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements.;

interstate and national standards in the field of ensuring the uniformity of measurements that establish methods for calibrating measuring instruments, and in their absence, standards of organizations that establish methods for calibrating measuring instruments that have been evaluated in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on accreditation in the field of conformity assessment.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 7, 2000 No. 53-II.

This Law regulates public relations that arise between government agencies, individuals and legal entities in the field of ensuring the uniformity of measurements, defines its goals, legal and organizational bases for ensuring the uniformity of measurements.
