Article 312. Documents attached to the application for adoption of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The application for adoption must be accompanied by:
1) a copy of the marriage certificate of the adoptive parents (adoptive parents) – when the child is adopted by married persons (persons);
2) when adopting a child by one of the spouses, the consent of the other spouse or a document confirming that the spouses have terminated family relations. If it is impossible to attach the relevant document to the application, the application must contain evidence confirming these facts.;
2-1) when adopting a child in respect of whom paternity has been established by the applicant's spouse, the conclusion of a molecular genetic examination confirming paternity in respect of the adopted child.;
3) a medical report on the health status of the adoptive parents (the adoptive parent);
4) a certificate from the place of work about the position and salary or other income document;
5) a document confirming the right to use the living space or the ownership of the living space;
6) other documents stipulated by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
