The management of the special economic zone "Park of Innovative Technologies" is carried out by the management company, which is determined by the local executive body of the city of republican significance.
The management of the special economic zone "Park of Innovative Technologies" is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on special economic and industrial zones.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 10, 2014 No. 207-V SAM.
This Law defines the legal status of the Astana Hub innovation cluster.
