Article 69. Management of the State Subsoil Fund Code on Subsoil and Subsoil Use Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The State Subsoil Fund consists of used subsurface areas, as well as unused subsurface resources within the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. The management of the state subsoil fund is carried out on the basis of the management program of the state subsoil fund in accordance with the main directions of state policy in the field of subsoil use, strategic and tactical measures for its implementation in accordance with the procedure provided for by this Code.
