Article 92. Publication of the register of creditors' claims The Law on Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy
1. The interim manager is obliged to send the formed register of creditors' claims, as well as the list of creditors whose claims have not been recognized, to the authorized body no later than three working days from the date of formation of the register of creditors' claims for posting on the authorized body's Internet resource.
The authorized body is obliged to post the register of creditors' claims on its Internet resource within two working days from the date of receipt.
2. The creditor has the right to appeal the amount of his claim, as well as the amount and grounds of the claims of other creditors included in the published register, within ten working days from the date of its publication.
The amount and grounds of creditors' claims included in the published register may also be appealed by the debtor individual entrepreneur, the owner of the property (his authorized body), the founder (participant) of the debtor legal entity within the time limits established in the first part of this paragraph.

This Law regulates public relations arising from the debtor's inability to satisfy creditors' claims in full, establishes the grounds for applying debt restructuring procedures, rehabilitation procedures and declaring the debtor bankrupt, liquidating the debtor without initiating bankruptcy proceedings, and also defines the procedure and conditions for their conduct.
