Article 344. Transfer of creditor's rights to another person on the basis of legislative acts of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The creditor's rights under the obligation are transferred to another person on the basis of legislative acts and the occurrence of the circumstances specified in them.:
1) as a result of universal succession in the rights of the creditor;
2) by a court decision on the transfer of the creditor's rights to another person, when the possibility of such transfer is provided for by legislative acts;
3) as a result of the fulfillment of an obligation by its guarantor, surety, or pledgor, who is not a debtor under this obligation;
4) in case of subrogation by the insurer of the creditor's rights to the debtor responsible for the occurrence of the insured event;
5) in other cases provided for by legislative acts.
