On the identification of competent authorities from the Republic of Kazakhstan under the Agreement on Cooperation in the training of specialists of anti-terrorist units in educational institutions of the competent authorities of the member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 1, 2014 No. 849.

 In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 3 of the Agreement on Cooperation in the Training of Specialists of Anti-terrorist Units in Educational Institutions of the Competent Authorities of the Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States, signed in Ashgabat on December 5, 2012 (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement),

I DECREE:

     1. To determine the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan as competent authorities from the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the Agreement.

     2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall notify the Executive Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States of the decision taken.

     3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
