Article 10. The property of the Foundation of the Law On the innovation cluster "Astana Hub"
1. The Fund's property is formed by:
1) voluntary property contributions and donations;
2) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 27, 2025 No. 220-VIII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).
3) receipts (income) from the sale of goods, works and services in cases established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) dividends (income, remuneration (interest) received on shares, bonds, other securities and deposits;
4-1) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 03/15/2025 No. 172-VIII (effective from 01/01/2025);
4-2) membership fees paid to the Fund by Astana Hub participants in accordance with the rules of the Fund's activities;
5) other sources not prohibited by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 03.01.2022 No. 101-VII (effective sixty calendar days after the date of its first official publication).
2-1. The Fund determines the projects of the participants of the innovation cluster for their financing at the expense of their own property based on the results of the examination.
3. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 09/27/2025 No. 220-VIII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication). 3-1. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 03/15/2025 No. 172-VIII (effective from 01/01/2025).
4. The property of the Foundation formed in accordance with this article belongs to it by right of ownership.
5. The Fund uses the property formed in accordance with paragraph 1 of this Article to ensure the operation, functioning and development of the innovation cluster, as well as financing projects of the participants of the innovation cluster.
6. The Founder has no property rights to the Foundation's property.
The founder is not liable for the obligations of the Foundation, and the Foundation is not liable for the obligations of the founder.

This Law defines the legal status of the Astana Hub innovation cluster.
