Article 16. Property of the National Chamber The Law On the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The property of the National Chamber may be formed at the expense of:
1) mandatory membership fees;
2) income (income) from the services provided;
3) other receipts not prohibited by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The property of the National Chamber, formed in accordance with this Law, belongs to it by right of ownership.
2. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 03.01.2022 No. 101-VII (effective sixty calendar days after the date of its first official publication).
3. The founders of the National Chamber have no property rights to the property of the National Chamber.
The founders of the National Chamber are not responsible for its obligations, the National Chamber is not responsible for the obligations of the founders.
4. The income from the business activities of the National Chamber cannot be distributed among its members and is used for statutory purposes.

This Law regulates public relations arising in connection with the establishment and operation of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the development of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
