Article 98. Property of a production cooperative of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The property owned by a production cooperative is divided into shares of its members in proportion to their contributions, unless otherwise provided by the cooperative's charter.
2. The net income of a cooperative is distributed among its members in accordance with their labor participation, unless otherwise provided by the cooperative's charter.
3. In the event of the liquidation of a production cooperative or the withdrawal from it of a member of the cooperative, the latter has the right to allocate his share.
