Article 12-2. Disclosure of information about affiliated persons of a Limited Liability Company Law on Limited and Additional Liability Companies

     1. Information about affiliated persons of a limited liability company is not information constituting an official, commercial or other legally protected secret.

     2. A limited liability partnership is required to keep records of its affiliated companies based on information provided by these persons.

     3. Individuals and legal entities that are affiliated companies of a limited liability company are required to provide the limited liability company with information about their affiliated companies within ten calendar days from the date of the affiliation.
