Article 20. Refusal of State registration of a Limited Liability Company Law on Limited and Additional Liability Companies
1. Refusal of state registration of a limited liability company is allowed:
1) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 24, 2012 No. 60-V (effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication);
2) if the founders fail to submit any of the documents specified in paragraphs 4 and 4-1 of Article 19 of this Law.;
3) in case of violation by the founders of the partnership of the procedure provided for by this Law for the establishment of the partnership.
2. It is not allowed to refuse state registration of a limited liability partnership on grounds of the inexpediency of its creation.
3. Refusal of state registration of a limited liability partnership, as well as evasion from such registration, may be appealed by its founders in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
