Article 4. Corporate name of a limited Liability Company Law on Limited and Additional Liability Companies  

     1. A limited liability partnership has a corporate name, which must contain the name of the partnership, as well as the words "limited liability partnership" or the abbreviation "LLP". The corporate name of an additional liability partnership must contain the words "additional liability partnership" or the abbreviation "TDO", respectively. The partnership is subject to state registration under such a corporate name.  

     The Partnership is also entitled to use the abbreviated form of the company name and its equivalents in foreign languages.  

      2. The corporate name of a limited liability partnership established with foreign participation may include an indication of the nationality of its founders.
