Article 7. Branches and representative offices of Limited Liability Companies Law on Limited and Additional Liability Companies
1. Outside of its location, a limited liability partnership has the right to establish branches and open representative offices in accordance with article 43 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (general part).
The partnership is obliged to notify the body that carried out its state registration about the establishment of its branches and the opening of representative offices, as well as about their location.
2. Decisions on the establishment of branches and representative offices of a limited liability company are taken by the executive body of the company, unless the articles of association of the company provide that such decisions are taken by the general meeting of its participants.
