At the time of the global crisis, there is no improvement in extremism. On the responsibility of the organizers of global events to them, it is envisaged in the form of a local executive body of the city of Republican significance, capital and district (city of regional significance).

There is no attraction for participation in extremist organizations, the use of their symbols, as well as the distribution of extremist materials.

In the framework of the meeting, the organizers of global events or foreign persons, responsible for their implementation, are obliged to take measures to ensure the implementation of approved measures. The implementation of this obligation is due to the further development of global relations and the responsibility of their organizers on the principles and about the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This law defines the legal and organizational basis for Countering Extremism in order to protect the rights and freedoms of Man and citizen, the foundations of the constitutional system, ensure the sovereignty of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the integrity, inviolability and indivisibility of its territory, and national security.
