1. This Law shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.

2. To invalidate the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 17, 1995 "On the procedure for organizing and holding peaceful Assemblies, Rallies, Marches, Pickets and Demonstrations in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (Bulletin of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1995, No. 1-2, art. 19; Bulletin of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 23, art. 142).
