1. If a violation of law and order has occurred during peaceful assemblies due to the fault of its participants, which does not endanger human life and health, a representative of the local executive body has the right to demand that the organizer of peaceful assemblies eliminate this violation independently or jointly with him.

2. In case of failure to comply with the legal requirement to eliminate the violation, the representative of the local executive body suspends peaceful assemblies for the time set by him to eliminate the violation. If the violation is eliminated, peaceful assemblies will continue to be held in agreement between their organizer and a representative of the local executive body.

3. If the violation has not been eliminated after the expiration of the time set by the representative of the local executive body, peaceful assemblies must be terminated in accordance with the procedure provided for in Article 18 of this Law.
