1. A journalist (a media representative) shall enjoy the rights established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan during peaceful assemblies.

2. A journalist (a media representative) must, during peaceful assemblies,:

1) not to interfere with the lawful actions of the organizer and participants of peaceful assemblies, as well as employees of government agencies, organizations;

2) not to commit actions that interfere with the smooth functioning of transport, infrastructure facilities, the safety of property, and also hinder the free movement of citizens who do not participate in peaceful assemblies.
